Bucket list ‘Striper fishing’

after years and years of not catching a striped bass, I finally had an amazing, sunset fishing experience with Captain Greg and caught two amazing fish. OK… Captain Greg caught both and I reeled them in but it was still amazing. We tagged one (too long) and kept one for cooking. I made sure to utilize the entire fish out of respect for this beautiful creature. Sashimi, fillets, roasted collar bone, fish head curry….

Fish head curry with coconut milk, eggplant, lady fingers (okra)… so delicious!
